Returns for Damaged Items

Damaged Custom Poster Frames and Metal Wall Art: If you receive a custom poster frame or metal wall art that is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the item to be fixed and sent back to you at no additional cost.
Returns for Evolution Series Posters

Change of Mind: If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your premade Evolution Series Poster, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the poster must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping: If the return is due to a change of mind for an Evolution Series Poster, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item(s), or we will provide our own provider and you will be sent the bill.
